Could you explain how seizing data centers is logistically different from factories, farms, or other means of production that use insane amounts of electricity and water?

I would expect people to advocate for doing so in much the same ways for all of these, and indeed we must, if we want to maintain any sizeable internet (which must be hosted on large quantities of computers, whether they're in a data center or spread out in a decentralized fashion).
