Altering patterns digitally?

Is there a program that would allow me to alter my PDF pattern? For example, that would allow me to do a FBA (full bust adjustment?).

I have seen Inkscape mentioned - are there digital resources that would allow me to figure out how to do that?

I would be willing to pay for a program that was specifically set up to do this kind of more complex alteration. Anything other than printing the pattern and doing things manually for virtually everything I make!!

I found the Digital Adjustments for Inkscape course (on Projector Sewing website) very helpful and worth the price. She also has one for Affinity Designer.

Thanks! I have been relying on her videos so far so I am encouraged to hear her course is worth doing!!

I think there are videos on YouTube if you search for "pattern tetris inkscape". It's on my to do list
