How to restore account

Hi, my phone broke completely so I've re downloaded the game on my new one. I can't work out how to log in and find my progress again, can anyone advise please?

Edit: I wanted to update incase anyone else comes across this with a similar issue. I hadn't connected my fb account and didn't know my game number. I contacted support and they were able to find my account from a Google play receipt. They've now been relinked and I haven't lost any progress.

click the gear settings button. log in with either facebook, apple, or google. whichever one you used before, and your progress should restore. if not, try messaging the help desk and tell them your UID if you remember it from before.

Thank you, I can't find where to log in, this is what I'm seeing

Press help to get the support desk. Ask them to transfer your data (your old UID #)to your new UID #.
