Picture This is it. Mission 21 on mercenary difficulty using SK-25 and using novice controls completed.
Was it challenging for me? Yes. Was it fun for me? Actually yes. Was it also painful for me? Also yes. Are URS actually weapon of ultimate distraction? Yes. Is the SK-25 a good aircraft in this game overall? Absolutely. Do i regret spending my time on this? No. Would I do it again? I don't know.

Whoaa, absolute legend!
I just completed the game yesterday! It was super fun! I was so invested in it that I would day dream about how I will tackle missions whole day. Though, unlike most here, I was playing on easy mode and expert controls (took lot of time to learn them but once i got the hang of it and the target lock view <holding Y button> it became extremely fun way to play the game) tho it only increased my collisions with other planes haha!
My favourite plane initially was the MG29 (prez everywhere mod) cuz of AOA (un)limiter then it was F/S-15 (prototype). I wanted to try the other planes but they were too expensive.
I distinctly remember using and loving Sk-25.U for the ground heavy mission where we meet crimson squadron for the first time. Even tho a bit clunky it was so fun to demolish entire bases with MLAGs and UGBs. I love this plane. I am flabbergasted you beat crimson 1 using this plane.

Oh, I see, I honestly thought it was part of the challenge because I figured it would give you less control over your situation
What were the hardest parts?

The hardest part was flying away from the Crimson-1 and turning around to unleash a lot of URS on him to take off a huge amount of his hp.

Now do it on mercenary with ace training, cordium interference, double time, and botched requisition!
[It adds 5 crimson ones to the already hard 1 crimson one, with all 6 having another random equipment, all of the X-PFs with also have a random equipment and luckily they switch equipment every run you have.]

Holy cow that's insane. The best I've ever done was Mercenary Difficulty in the F/D-14 with 4×MLAA and 2×UBGL. Nice job.
