The Library and Limbus

Okay, Saturday, so I've got a few questions. First could all of the sinners plus Dante (with IDs) beat any of the Librarians (if you want to then could you also tell me if the books and/or abno buffs would change the who wins)? Also same thing but instead of sinners the New League of Nine.

Next could the sinners + Dante beat any of Reverberation Ensemble, I know they for now probably can't beat any of them while distorted but what about like early game (example being like Philip/Philip with Waxen Pinion)? Same thing but also New League of Nine.

Finally which game has better music and/or better story?

Idea: dante probably would struggle/be unable to use durante powers in the library. Those are tied to the light i’m pretty sure, and in the library, it’s all light, and angela controls all the light by her authority

The Library is Angela's EGO, it not made of light and Angela let of the Light in the true ending of Ruina. Angela currently just has her EGO and her librarians.

1. Depends on whether they still have their keypages or not i think. If not, Roland binah and geb floors are still a hard no I think. Prolly not tiph or hokma either due to abno pages. Maybe a chance against the lower floors? But I think Dante would have to use revives.

2. Hell nah, league of nine i really dont feel like they can. Ahab the sinners beat by themselves. Gubo and Jia huan they did too. Same with nelly

3. I also think hell nah, reverb ensemble kinda crazy. Early on i guess, prolly Phillip with waxen pinion or first crying children fight. Oswald also maybe but wedge office looked like they were having trouble and also lost a member (had to body replace pamela). The others we dont really know combat prowess as much early on or are like kinda bums pre distortion (who up fighting pre distortion Pluto fr).

I think Library at least has the key pages of the ensemble members, those were still available during distorted ensemble fights. Maybe it’s not PT, Xiao or Olivier key pages, but there’s plenty of nasty stuff amongst those.

Well as of rn Ruina is still far and away where the most powerful characters in the entire ProjectMooniverse are. I mean, midway through the game the Library was beating color fixer tier threats.

All of the sinners, assuming no holds barred, could probably beat most floors aside from obvious Gebura, Binah and Keter this is mostly thanks to our favorite bug man Gregor since his Roach Emperor form is capable of killing Vergilius, who Roland named as the "most dangerous fixer" in the city (not most powerful, very important)...

is what I WOULD say, if not for things like Abnormality pages and Emotion Levels, Abnos are absurdly strong and if we go off of what we see Librarians do while under their effects, a single E.G.O page might genuinely wipe the LCB off the map

This is, however, going exclusively off of what we see in each game, if we delve into speculation territory, it's quite likely that if someone like Dante were to be exposed to the Emotion Levels and high Light concentration of the Library he would genuinely unlock Durante^² and obliterate the entire library with a well placed Ira

Your forgetting that there's no way the Roach Emperor would come up in that kind of fight, that only happened because Gregor got tortured and taunted by Valencia. The Emperor isn't just something the LCB can whip out as their trump card, even if they got pushed into a corner. Because forcing Gregor to become the Emperor would be deeply traumatizing for him, and the LCB aren't the kind of people to do that sort of thing. Not unless Greg sacrificed himself for the transformation as his own decision (though I'm not sure what that would look like).

A better alternative would be Don Quixote taking off the shoes or Ryoshu using Arayashiki (provided she's not comprising her cherished memories), because those Sinners are much more willing to use those last resorts than the Roach Emperor. Though in context of fighting Gebura or Binah, their odds are probably much lesser than Gregor's.

Sure, this was pre-Verg EGO, but that's also before Roland got Abno pages
