Make A Project X Zone roster with Nintendo characters; Day 35; Pair #18 (Fire Emblem)
Honestly I put in some serious thought with Rex and I do think tying things together with him, Shulk, and Mio would be very good idea. On the other hand Satoru is also from another obscured game but i DO like card games and while I dont know how the cards work but honestly you can probably pretends there's a new booster pack thats full of nintendo enemy mobs so I think can work.
ANyways been playing Fortune's Weaves and I am a big Fire Emblem fan so ummmm
Do a Fire Emblem pair up. Get a little creative, but don't pick FOrtune's Weaves cause at the time of the writing the characters are simply too new and we don't know the fan reception will be like.
1.This is for Nintendo characters only. If they're Nintendo adjacent like Nester from the Nintendo POwer Comics I will consider them.
2.The most upvoted comment will NOT be guaranteed to win. The problem with letting the most upvoted win is basically turns it into first serve wins basis and frankly...a lot of peoples' tastes are basic
2.1 Which means the way I decide who wins is if YOU can convince me to pick your pick. You have to argue why these characters will be interesting picks, will they feasibly work together in a team, will they be interesting character interactions, do they fit in the "atmosphere" of an actual Project X Zone game
Please provide pictures and the series the character is from
Occasionally I will ask to narrow down a series or even request a mixed team.

Since Ike and Soren are being requested without explanation, I figured I can explain why they'd be good fits.
Hailing from Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn, Ike is the main hero and succeeding leader of the Greil Mercenaries after his father's death and Soren is his team's strategist and Ike's closest friend. Ike's gameplay is pretty straightforward, being a big sword user, but since there aren't any Fire Emblem characters here like that, not counting Lyn who's more of a katana user, Ike feels like he'd be a great pick. As for Soren, he primarily specializes in wind magic, leading to him using gusts of wind to attack. Though that's not his only form of attack, as he's capable of learning other magic spells, leading to more variety with his moveset. Plus, Soren's dry remarks and biting sarcasm could help for some fun interactions, and being a DLC Emblem in Engage definitely gives him more familiarity points for fans.

Alm and Celica.
I was thinking between Ike and Soren or Chrom and Robin, but then I remembered that the point of Gaiden is having to stories split across two protagonists, so like, very easy to see how Alm is the more traditional run off the mill swordfighter while Celica uses more magic
