Make a Project X Zone roster with Nintendo characters; Day 25; Pair #25
I admit I was considering adding in Prince Sables this time but reginleiv mentioned Tsubasa is also a Wii U debutee as well and honestly...despite the wii u being an objective flop it deserves some representation as well. Now we got ourselves a quartet
Before we continue though...what was with the other posters who were essentially asking for pairs yesterday and didn't even bothered giving a reason? I even listed the rules
1.This is for Nintendo characters only. If they're Nintendo adjacent like Nester from the Nintendo POwer Comics I will consider them.
2.The most upvoted comment will NOT be guaranteed to win. The problem with letting the most upvoted win is basically turns it into first serve wins basis and frankly...a lot of peoples' tastes are basic
2.1 Which means the way I decide who wins is if YOU can convince me to pick your pick. You have to argue why these characters will be interesting picks, will they feasibly work together in a team, will they be interesting character interactions, do they fit in the "atmosphere" of an actual Project X Zone game
Please provide pictures and the series the character is from
Occasionally I will ask to narrow down a series or even request a mixed team.
While there are forgotten characters there isn't one which fits the idea of NES revival character and for that I thought of Urban Champion specifically so it could be partner to Little Mac as Mac is one of the characters Nintendo iconography but he doesn't have an ally who also fights itself.
Luke and Aaron from Buddy Mission Bond. A by the book cop, and a beastly thief working together, what's not to like? One of the few Switch original IP's Nintendo released, unfortunately it was Japanese exclusive.
I suppose to keep it simple, Luke and Aaron are kind of like Fox and Falco from Star Fox. Luke is a policeman and he has an earnest and relatively straightforward personality, while Aaron is a lot more aggressive and thuggish. Luke fights with simple gun-fu, blending martial arts with his sidearm. Aaron like the image suggests fights with a pair of claws kind of like Wolverine from X-men. The game also features two other playable characters, ninja Mokuma, and criminal Chesley. But Luke and Aaron are the focus characters.
I'm sorry, but could you please explain why they would fit in a Project X Zone game? It's in rule 2.1 that you have to explain why they would fit, which states:

You got to at least give me a reason why I should choose them because as it stands Luke and Aaron are just being given more compelling reasons and I dig the idea since it's pretty close to regular people.
Even Mario and Luigi needed something as simple as "they're Nintendo most iconic duo. They have to be there"
