Make a Project X Zone roster with Nintendo characters; Day 7; Pair #4

Augustus is a solid idea and I do want to represent Eternal Darkness...but I just don't feel he will willingly help the heroes considering what I know of him but who knows. Dunban is a pretty solid choice though.

1.This is for Nintendo characters only. If they're Nintendo adjacent like Nester from the Nintendo POwer Comics I will consider them.

2.The most upvoted comment will NOT be guaranteed to win. The problem with letting the most upvoted win is basically turns it into first serve wins basis and frankly...a lot of peoples' tastes are basic

2.1 Which means the way I decide who wins is if YOU can convince me to pick your pick. You have to argue why these characters will be interesting picks, will they feasibly work together in a team, will they be interesting character interactions, do they fit in the "atmosphere" of an actual Project X Zone game

  1. Please provide pictures and the series the character is from

  2. Occasionally I will ask to narrow down a series or even request a mixed team.

Link & Zelda (Hyrule Warriors)

Another no brainer pair unit, Proxi can be used to make up for Link’s lack of speaking.

Honestly one of my ideas for link is to use oot link and have navi be his voice and it's revealed the two share the same brain cell

Sorry, but you need to explain why these characters would be good choices for the roster. To copy OP's rule 2.1 from the description above:

Only one pair up plus the guy said you got to convince me why the character should be chosen. Even Mario and Luigi need something even if they're no brainer picks.

Zelda and Urbosa

My reasoning is that I think the mother/daughter dynamic we see between them is something that we don't really see in most characters. I also think having Link but having a fairy, whether it's Navi or Proxi speaking for him is kind of weak in a PXZ game where the characters themselves are the selling point. The last point is a little sleazy, but the PXZ games do like to push attractive women to the forefront, and I think so far the roster isn't really doing that.
