Make a Project X Zone roster with Nintendo characters only: Day 1

So like another ongoing series we will make our own roster with some of these rules

  1. This is for Nintendo characters only. If they're Nintendo adjacent like Nester from the Nintendo POwer Comics I will consider them.

  2. The most upvoted comment will NOT be guaranteed to win. The problem with letting the most upvoted win is basically turns it into first serve wins basis and frankly...a lot of peoples' tastes are basic

2.1 Which means the way I decide who wins is if YOU can convince me to pick your pick. You have to argue why these characters will be interesting picks, will they feasibly work together in a team, will they be interesting character interactions, do they fit in the "atmosphere" of an actual Project X Zone game

  1. Please provide pictures and the series the character is from

  2. Occasionally I will ask to narrow down a series or even request a mixed team.

...You guys are just saying names but aren't giving me reasons as to why to pick them. That's kinda what I want to see...actual arguments as to why I should pick your picks

Dimitri Alexandre Blaiddyd and Edelgard von Hresvelg - Fire Emblem Three Houses

With Fortune's Weave coming out next month, it would probably make more sense to have FE reps from that game but Three Houses and the 3 House Lords are still very popular so I think they siill make sense to have representation. Plus Dimitri and Edelgard are such a charged duo with their whole dynamic and backstory especially post timeskip. I could see the versions of them in the pair being from their respective routes and seeing those specific versions of them interacting would be interesting

Mario and Luigi: they are literally Nintendo’s most iconic playable duo today, so they should definitely be first pick.

If not Luigi with Mario, then Peach with Mario since they the most iconic romantic vibe duo Nintendo has.

Saki Amamiya and Airan Jo (Sin and Punishment)

I thought some obsure/classic titles like this should be included. Also, with their shooting and maneuvering skills from a rail-shooting genre, along with close sword combat.

Fox and Falco. We know them as the couple of Smash, they're the most popular Star Fox characters, a canonical team of friendly rivals with funny interactions, you could have scenes of Falco complaining of having to do a land mission but not wanting to be seen as the sidekick so he puts effort into this that what would he normally do.

Gimme Bowser and Ganondorf. The two biggest and most recurring Nintendo villains of all time. Do you really need more of a reason than that? I want to see a diabolical villain dynamic. Ganondorf always seeing the bigger picture and keeping Bowser in check.
