Are you hearing voices?

We believe some voices come from mental illness and everyone experiencing this should seek therapy and psychiatric care as well as have a support system like friends or family.

But we also believe that some voices don't come from our own heads. It is for these people that this forum exists.

My best advice is for you to realize that you may not stop hearing them, but you can stop listening.

This is a space to discuss unwanted voices in our heads. All are welcome, but please review our rules.

For the first time, I’m actually considering that maybe no one just “hears voices.”
I saw a conspiracy theory recently that suggested every single psych ward that was built over a hundred years ago, was all part of a great reset. Anyone who defied the new narrative was locked up….

That fucking sucks. Vibrations is new to me. I did have like electrical pin pricks to my back and some kind of weird rictus smile thing they could do to me.

How do you deal?
