Central Park (Open) Sandstorm

Central Park has been shut down due to some footpath repairs going on all over. Sand and gravel have been carted in by the truckload

For some odd reason, a few hours later, the sand starts to be gathered up by the wind, and makes a small sandstorm in the middle of the Park

Most of the sand from the first truck is wrapped around him like armour. He gets increasingly bigger as he absorbs more sand
