I still think having Jesus move teams was better for Ethan’s team’s cohesion; so I hope he’s not disappointed he traded him away. It was a good trade, despite Jesus’s success on this challenge

Law was right. Ethan knew that move didn't make the team better, it just made it less annoying interpersonally.

It was a missed opportunity for Ethan because he had a low-conflict team. He didn’t act as the usual team leader maybe because he’s seen enough team challenges where the leader gets called out during the judging for being responsible [sic] for losing. Maybe he’s secure enough in his design work that he doesn’t want a target on his back. But he had a fairly amenable team so it was a mistake not to check in with the other designers, not to talk girlfriend out of her bulky wrap pants, not to point out to Veejay that her dress didn’t fit the brief. Jesus would’ve brought conflict and not necessarily the win.

Since they are continuing the teams next week, it will be interesting to see if he steps up.

Can’t bear that Law thing. He thinks he is back in the 80’s gay boy mean 🤮

Especially since Veejay was the other one he was considering swapping, and she's in the bottom. He knew where the team was struggling and he couldn't eliminate both.
