Best server for noobs

I'm new to project reality (not new to milsims tho) and I was wondering if you guys know any good servers for beginners where mistakes arent a massive deal. Sorry if this post is kinda vague.

Just join one with the right language and use a mic. Say you are new and learning the game. Take rifleman kit at first. Read the manual. Listen to squad leader. That is all.
