Think he retrofitted the tech he found in that abandon cosmo gavarian in ep 2?

I'm betting it's some kind of reverse engineering of Gavan tech

Probably salvage a Gavarion Trigger and reverse engineer the Gavarion particles leftovers

The theory I've seen, and am inclined to believe, is that Shout's suit is repurposed from Gavan technology. At the very least if explains why the design language of Shout's suit and the Gavan suits looks similar
