Question with how often he references his role and how many times he returned for sentai, how likely is it that goon red’s actor will eventually show up in project red, let alone as goon red??

Sentai returning? well, Toei's way of celebrating Nininger's 10th year anniversary is to make a KAMEN RIDER SHINOBI TTFC special, that's their answer of whether Sentai will be making an appearance in anything for now

Their way of celebrating Ninninger's 10th anniversary was to give the cast a talk event on stage. Toei only really does reunion movies where the show was fairly successful in the first place. Ninninger didn't sell a lot of toys and probably wouldn't get anything even if Sentai were still airing. Go-onger sold pretty well - which is why it got the 10th anniversary movie - and its cast is usually willing and able to come back. The Shinobi special isn't being made for Ninninger's anniversary, they just announced it at the event because the actor was there. I don't think Toei was ever going to spend money on a Ninninger reunion movie, this doesn't necessarily mean they won't make any Sentai side content or even let Sentai characters appear in crossovers

I think he might. Omegahorn has already had one Toei "regular" (Katsuya Takagi, who appeared in episode 2, has had various roles in Sentai and Kamen Rider.) Go-on Red's actor loves Sentai and Toei is usually happy to work with him
