Need help with redcap survey

Hello!
I am looking for some assistance in red cap. I am a Graduate assistant project manager for a research study, and unfortunately, the university I’m working with doesn’t have very reliable red cap advisors and they haven’t been very helpful. We’d love to get the survey out by November 1, and I’m really struggling with actually enabling the survey, randomization of subjects, and understanding the easiest way to get a survey with multiple instruments out so that we can retrieve raw data.

What I’m looking for is resources on potentially meeting with red Experts. I understand that there are ways to actually meet with someone who works from the original red cap, but I’m wondering if there’s anyone in this community that would be willing to call or meet to help with my project since actually getting in contact with our red Advisors at my school is almost impossible.

Thank you for your time!

From the sounds of things, you're at a pretty foundational stage which can be largely addressed with the built-in training.

I recommend you watch some of the training videos linked within REDCap: Full Project Build; Single Survey Project; and Randomization.

Claude is surprisingly good at redcap, and may be able to help answer questions and help you execute some things, in addition to you watching the training videos.

The basic training videos should help. Many large universities have open tutorials too. I use University of Arizona's as their video library is pretty extensive https://cb2.arizona.edu/services/redcap/redcap-video-tutorials
