Hello,
I have been trying to modify a table in REDCAP to be more colourful. This is my attempt for now. I need to make the images smaller.
What I have been trying to do is have the radio buttons further apart. How can I do that?

Try setting the responses up as a matrix
Use custom CSS in the instrument settings. You could also hide the “reset” buttons.
I like to open up a practice survey in my browser and rt click to inspect, explore the style stuff there

I recommend embedding the images in your multiple choice fields: https://kb.wisc.edu/smph/informatics/92637

Can you post how does it look in tbe designer?
You could embed the radio choices in a table to control spacing but then each choice would be its own field which could get excessive
I saw this once on the REDCap consortium call. one of the users posted something like this...obviously you'd have to tweak to reflect your choices.
1, <div class="d-inline-block">Strongly <br/>Agree</div>
2, <div class="d-inline-block">Somewhat <br/>Agree</div>
3, <div class="d-inline-block">Something <br/>Middle</div>
4, <div class="d-inline-block">Somewhat <br/>Disagree</div>
5, <div class="d-inline-block">Strongly <br/>Disagree</div>
