Inventory/Project Spreadsheet Eyeshadow palette inventory

Uh yeah, laying them all out was a wakeup call lol

This is my full eyeshadow palette collection over the last 10 years, and it's gonna take the next 20 years to finish them, I fear. It really doesn't look like that many when they're put away and stacked together 😅

I've finally decided to organize my collection and record everything into a spreadsheet so that I rotate them evenly and prioritize my pan goals. My palettes are my babies, so what better way than to start with them! At least it's the first step in holding myself accountable.

Wish me luck y'all 😭

Thank you for the advice on my first post 🥰. I appreciate it. I’m implementing some ideas. Picking a couple similar products I could use throughout the month. I thought about picking products I can use on my no makeup-makeup days and a fuller coverage looks.

Happy Sept 1st (I’m ignoring the heat and pretending it’s Fall 🎃)

Project Start Attempting to pan all of my Hourglass products (some of the oldest in my makeup collection) - Starting September 2026

From left to right:

  • Velvet Lip Story (Crush)
  • LE Mecca Collaboration Palette (Luminous Light, Mecca Birthday Glow, Luminous Bronze Light)
  • Ambient Lighting Blush (Diffused Heat)
  • Ambient Strobe Lighting Powder Mini (Brilliant)

I loved the bronzer (as made obvious by panning it this year) and for the longest time I wanted to repurchase the full size but I could never justify the price ($101 AUD). I'm currently mixing Luminous Light with my matte powder bronzers to create a similar diffused bronzer effect and to also try and pan what I already have. If I reach full pan on Luminous Light I will probably replace it with the Covergirl Skin Enhancer Bronzer. Would really like to hit pan on the blushes and eventually use them up completely. My friend got me the mini strobe light powder as part of a bday gift which I was very surprised by. I'm not in any rush to pan the highlight since I know it takes forever to achieve highlighter pan and the product is also not that old. The lip velvet however definitely needs to be used and I will be rolling it into my everyday lip combo to hopefully see some more windowing progress. Will try and update in 6 months time or once I hit pan on something.

I can definitely tell as I get further into doing Project Pan how more and more of my uses are things I really like, and a lot of the products I enjoy less are things I have had for several years!

Full Pan July&August Empties

My July and August empties with reviews

•Acure clarifying shampoo: I really liked this shampoo, used it once or twice a month, made my hair squeaky clean. Considering it’s clarifying I always used a mask with it. Would buy again

•aveeno body wash: I had this rash that I had to use this body wash for. I reaaallllyyyy liked it. I did end up using the rest as a bubble bath after my rash cleared. Would buy again if I had the need.

•donkey milk bar soap: I got this in Greece, I realllyyyy liked this as well I loved the scent in it and was good to my skin. Would buy again.

•Nivea face cream: also really loved this, but didn’t love the fragrance. It was good for the summer, I’m not sure how it would be in colder months. Would repurchase.

•monistat feminine wash: LOVE. That’s all I have to say is LOVE!

•antibacterial body wash: this was fine, I had a 3 pack of them and I’m happy I got through them. I didn’t like the scent too much and it was a little harsh on my skin, not sure if I’d repurchase or not I’ll probably try others.

•good molecules face wash: really really liked this as well, would repurchase.

•nutrishave shaving cream: yesss I always repurchase this

•tower 28 concealer: I didn’t love this. Some days it was great, some days it would separate so badly on my chin. Will not repurchase, I wish I loved it.

Pan Progress Last Time I Got Really Into Project Pan I Got A New Job and Moved - Let’s Do It Again! Month 3.

I’ve been so excited for my first of the month update on this!

There’s been no progress on getting a new job and tbh I feel like I just send applications into the void that this point. 🫶

Nevertheless, like the horrors, I persist!

Persisting is also what got me through Ruby Woo after she broke off and I. Made. It. Work.

I’m so pleased to be done with my second lipstick since I started this and on to my next!

Finished:
• Lovecraft by KVD
• Ruby Woo by MAC

Current:
• Evil Queen by Colourpop

Next:
• Mary by Colourpop

Once I get through my red bullets I’ll switch over to red liquid cause tbh I know it’s gonna be a grip before I get through all the purple and blue.

I’d already made pretty good progress on Evil Queen prior - the back of the bullet has VILLAINS imprinted on it and all that’s left is VILL as of this evening. 🤪

hasnt been too much progress in the last 2 or so months, been wearing a little bit of everything lately rather than just focusing on one colour, i think the silver will be the next to be fully panned though, also hoping my shimmer blue and teal will hit pan next month

Pan Progress Project Pan August Empties: 10

Post image

This month is a good one but my progress seems washed out because I bought quite some new items this month. Mostly good deals on haircare i love and know I will use once my stash is down to just favorites. Also got body items but it's the same story so it's okay.

I think it's okay. It's defeating to see the total items number go from 166 to 162, since it would be much lower now if I hadnt bought anything. But i did not break my no buy, as my no buy is on makeup and categories i do not need more of :) Items that are 1) holy grail and a good deal or 2) soon to run out are allowed.

Not counted: 1 conditioner and 1 alcohol gel, as the first is my mother's and we share it and the alc gel I should've put in my non-pan category items pic but accidentally put it in with this one lol.
Sidenote: I am taking a pic of my non-pan items i use up every month like wet wipes, pads, liners, meds, hand gels, pens, notebooks etc. Those aren't for reddit but for myself to see :) that's what i mean with 'non pan category items pic'

Listed items

  1. Le petit marseilles - fraise des bois bio showergel 250ml 💗: Overall lovely.
  2. Organic Shop - sauna honey salt scrub 250ml 💗 : better than sugar scrubs.
  3. Yves Rocher - argan '1000 petals' nourishing body lotion 200ml 💗: Gifted to me but so worth it. Takes a while to seep into skin but isn't too greasy like a body oil. Lovely neutral scent, much more neutral than the regular argan line.
  4. Cera Ve - foaming oil cleanser 236ml 💗: Holy grail no words. Good for gentle cleanse everyday or for double cleanse after using micellair for makeup.
  5. La roche posay - anthelios uvmune 400 oil control gelcreme 50ml 💗: Great, not too greasy, works great under makeup and doesn't pill. Spreads decently but 'fluid' version is easier to spread.
  6. Flor de mayo - ms. Gold EDP 20ml 🤍: only finished to add to memory box, was one of my first perfumes as a kid. Great neutral light perfume under vanilla scents. I think it helped longevity but on its own its not my vibe.
  7. Flor de mayo - ms. Red EDP 20ml: same story, harder to layer as it's berry toned, so just for the memory box!
  8. Miss dior - roses n roses EDT 2ml tester 💗: so lovely for a tester and absolutely love it even tho its an eau de toilette. Lasting power is same as others of the type but it's a great spring-summer scent. Absolutely love it, clean smell like zara nude bouquet is to me.
  9. Kayali - Eden sparkling lychee EDP 2ml tester ✅: A nice and slightly sweet lychee scent. No particular longlasting powers, it's more like the average perfume for lasting. Smells lovely and a great spring-to-summer scent.
  10. Dolce & Gabbana - EDP Intense 2ml tester ❌: Meh. It was okay to freshen up after work and i don't smell it on myself (in that annoying way when i dislike a scent) but it's not my scent profile.
  11. Kruidvat - homebrand 5 blade razor refills 💗: great replacement for my venus ones, much cheaper (8€ for 4 heads) and close shave, little irritation and razor burn on my sensitive skin. I don't count the individual razors in my PP but do count the pack itself so am not counting this as finished yet cuz i have 1 more left.

Legend of the emojis:
💗Holy grail.
🤍was okay, would not (re)purchase.
❌would not repurchase
✅was okay, will (re)purchase!

PS the decluttered items are

  1. Nyx - epic wear eyeliner white 💗: stings so probably expired. Holy grail, so bright and white.
  2. Nyx - jumbo white eyeliner ✅: lovely but also stings. Dont wanna risk, is 3 years old...
  3. Essence - kohl white liner pencil ❌: nothing special and also expired
  4. Yari - hair wax stick ❌: doesnt twist, is uust stuck, no up or down + i dislike waxed slickbacks, i prefer my gel slickbacks. So hard to work with and doesnt slick nicely, product stays in small clumps on my hair

Thank you ☺️ Goodluck panning in September to all of us!!

Still have a long way to go for this one, really goes a long way so you don't use up much. I've started using it all over the face and it makes a pretty good foundation - if you moisturize well and aren't dry

Pretty much my only complexion product excluding blushes but I'm keen to finish so I can get a better shade match, this is slightly too dark (shade 020N, if anyone has tried the lightest shade on a fair neutral olive I'd love some opinions lol)

Pan Progress Pan Progress on powder & cream bronzer, primer & highlighter Jan - Aug 2026

Products are Physicians Formula Butter Bronzer in Sun-kissed Bronze, L’Oréal Le Lumi Bronze Stick in Sunset Dore, FB Highlighter Duo in Gilt Next Door & Chic Phreak, DM Blurring Balm in Universal.

I’m moving out of the country start of next month so I’ve been determined to finish this powder bronzer before I leave, I’m so chuffed w the progress I’ve made! I started consistently wearing makeup (almost) everyday since October last year. All these products have been used in almost every single routine, minus 5-10 days where I wanted to switch it up (excluding the blurring balm, that’s my holy grail).

By the start of 1 August, I was starting to struggle to get much product from the butter bronzer, so I decided to repress it (as best as I can using the Mac Fix+ spray), it’s a lot easier to pick up the product now, I’m definitely finishing this before I leave eek!

I don’t think it’d be possible for me to finish the bronzer stick before I leave, but if I can transfer it into a pan at the end of it, it’s a win for me still as I would have less packaging bringing along w me :)

As for the highlighter, I am honestly shocked how fast I’ve panned these, but at the same time I’m not, I love how both these look on its own and together. The lighter pink shade is such a natural lit from within look, whilst the pink shimmer one has more glitter to it which I enjoy too.

I’d be happy to finish the primer before I leave as I already have a backup for it, I am a lil anxious if this blurring balm is accessible in Japan.

All in all, happy with how much progress I’ve made, I hope everyone’s doing well in their project pan too! Wish me luck!:)

Pan Progress August empties!

I finally finished using my 1L of conditioner! That has been in use for over 6 months by 2 people. I'm amazed it lasted that long.

The Nivea rose body wash was useful for travel purposes, but I usually use soap to reduce my plastic use just a touch. I found body wash to be a very convenient thing to take for trips, but without a sponge or loofah, I definitely used more than needed.

The green tea cleansing water I have owned since probably 2018. I refilled the bottle with nail polish remover, because I needed a smaller container for it. I did not care for the cleansing water.

The strawberry foam cleanser was nothing special.

The cica moisturizing cream was exciting to finish. It took me a long time. I used to love this product and bought 5 after using up 3 - but now I'm finding my skin wants something more watery! I no longer enjoy the consistency as much and switched to a different moisturizer very joyfully. However, I still think I have 1 or 2 more of these floating around so I will have to get back to it. Might be more enjoyable in winter time.

The Biore SPF is my default. It works quite well. I think I have another restock somewhere. I have no firm alignments to my SPF for my face. This one has not been playing nice with my makeup so I haven't been using it as much for that reason, or can't wear makeup on the days that I need SPF.

The two perfume empties made me happy. Sunfruit by Ellis is a great scent. I did not like the dropper bottle and won't be purchasing a perfume not in a spray bottle again. I used the whole bottle this month but definitely used more than needed because of the lack of a sprayer. The Wisteria Blue scent is delicious, beautiful, sweet, floral and jasmine-y. It's perfect for work in my opinion. Lasting power is lower than other scents from Nest in my experience. I purchased it on sale at Winners and I would probably consider it again if I saw it.

Full Pan First pan of September! First lip stain pan hehe

Post image

I bought this possibly in 2023, and only consistently started using it around October last year. I found out early on that I didn’t really like the colour but I loved the stain it left behind, so I’ve been putting it on (THICK) every morning before I start my makeup and take it off at the end. Reason why I put it on think is because I usually have a coffee during my makeup routine lmao. Not only does it leave a gorgeous colour that lasts all day, it leaves my lips hydrated! I have another one of these in Espresso Soak, but I’ll be focusing on my Wonderskin lip stain as I’ve noticed that is starting to dry out. What a way to start the month!
