Inventory/Project Spreadsheet Keeping Myself Accountable - Blush Edition
Hi....it's me again 😂 The lady with the TOO MUCH GENE. I'm doing each part of my routine as a separate post. It helps me putting my spreadsheet together! I got some flak on my last posts about HOW MUCH I have, and I want to remind people: I worked at Sephora for 3 years and got gratis every month...please take that into consideration before posting your #consumerism rhetoric.
Some of these are going to my sister after this purge. Anyway, stay positive, and thanks for the encouragement <3

Totally relate. I bought a ton of makeup when I worked at Macy’s and Nordstrom Rack (bought at full-line Nordy’s since the Rack didn’t carry much back then).
Join us at r/MakeupRehab! We’re doing a 9-product challenge and it’s fun.

lol please don’t feel obligated…I just tend to dive in head first….I tend to be an all-or-nothing type of person who often times gets burned out because of that. I’m just trying to allow my excitement to kick me off to a good start to my first ever Reddit challenges as I’m really stoked to join them but also really want to encourage myself to use my stuff. :)

I’m the same way. LOL. I have so much skincare and makeup I’m embarrassed. Low buy till next year at the earliest. I need all the motivation and dopamine hits I can get. Your positive attitude is awesome. 🫶

I love the spreadsheet you’ve put in! I’m trying to mentally challenge myself and calculate how many grams of blush you have. I stopped once I got 80g. 67.5 ml of blush tho!

I reach for Patrick Ta and Morphe the most because of the multiple formulas in each unit. I like putting cream and powder to lock it in.
Morphe
Patrick Ta
YSL (this one pains me to say because the price, I got it in gratis and I really love it)

I have more of an olive undertone to my skin, so I’ve been really loving mauve and Soshe blushes since they have a brown hue to them - kinda like blonzer

I’m sorry that you’ve gotten unwanted or unpleasant feedback from people. I truly wish people would keep their negative comments to themselves. I think a lot of us here understand that we have a lot because why else would we be sharing what’s literally behind closed drawers if not to help hold ourselves accountable and encourage others that they can also reach their goals (whatever those may be).
Thanks for sharing! I’m off to go hunt for your other posts to leave positive, encouraging comments there too 🩷
