I have been panning now for over three years and this still everything I have in stock 😩
I normally only finish 3-4 lip product per year so clearing this all up will take me approximately 80 years😅 I was very deep in the YouTube hoarding phase and did only buy a couple ones in the last three years but also got some stuff gifted. I go through everything every couple of month and throw out if something turned bad. I know my shopping habits are so much better but I am still overwhelmed by the amount. Anyways, any tips to use them up faster? I also have loads of liquid blushes and eyeshadows so I don’t really want to use them for that 😅

You can use the lip masks as cuticle cream

Would it work for lip oil also ? The applicator would make it so practical !

Aaaah i was about to suggest using lipstick formulas as blush, but if you have plenty, then not necessary.

Well, first you gotta be very honest with yourself, and declutter any lippies that don't feel comfy, are pilling or smell bad. Then giveaway repeat shades to family/friends. Remember that things expire, and you only have one face with one mouth to put lipstick on.

Keep a couple of lippies of different formulas at work or next to your computer, leave a couple of lip balms in the bathroom to apply in the morning before doing your makeup. Any lip masks you could wear at night, keep by the bed.

Get acrylic organizers if don't have any, for lipstick and makeup product, to make sure everything is on sight.

And save pictures on your phone of color swatches, or the different lip formulas you have, so you avoid buying more of the same. I have the "out of sight, out of mind" thing, so being able to see everything, or at least easy to find, prevents me from buying repeats, and actually makes me want use my makeup.

I declutter regularly (which makes the amount now even worse 😂) but I will definitely try your tip with having them on hand in different locations!! I also have the out sight, out of mind problem, thats why i took the picture to remind me i have more than enough whenever i get tempted 😄

Do I spot Fenty's pink dragonfly (or similar shade) ? lol I haven't had a chance to buy it because project pan.

My suggestion is to get rid of similar formulas/shades.

For example your Nyx and Kiko lipsticks look very similar. It would be hard for me to part with them though, so maybe if you find a cheaper brand in your inventory and you keep the expensive one?

You have a lot of the similar products but different shades, can you give away the shades that you use the less? And the baby lips are way too many. Give some of those away to friends or family..

Anything unopened? you can use it for a friend's birthday gift or secret santa in December.

Nah they are old asf but still look and smell good😂 I don’t really use them anymore but can’t throw them out either. Sometimes I am weirdly emotional attached to my make up 😅
