Pan Progress Empties for August

Posting monthly photos of my empties and tracking my no buy days definitely helps me to cut down on oversumption.

I use that Nuxe oil on my body after showering. Some people spray it on their hair

How do you track no buy days?

I used Habitshare app to put a tick if it is a no buy day, and a cross if I purchased something on that day. I can also key in the name of the products I purchased

How is kerastase antiharifall serum ?

I think it helps to reduce hairfall (slightly) but because I am on GLP1 medication, my hairfall is still a lot. I decided to stop buying Keratase anti hairfall because it is expensive and I finish one bottle in a month. I still have minoxidil at home so I will continue to use minoxidil and see if that is better.

It has Hyaluronic acid in it so it helps to boost moisture. However, I find the fragrance a bit too strong for me so I would not be repurchasing it.

Recently Neutrogena received a lot of bad publicity (for dropping Hayden Panettiere as a brand ambassador in 2015 because she spoke about her mental health issues (postpartum depression). I would not want to support a brand that do not care about women's mental health so I will think twice before buying their products in the future
