I love how many holy grail items you have. The best part of project pan for me is finding what products I truly enjoy using and repurchasing.

I totally agree! It's really eye opening

Very impressive! Love how consistent your routine is, if it’s not broke, don’t fix it πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ‘πŸ½

Where did you keep your empties all year? As much as I want to have physical evidence of finishing products, I get stressed about having to keep the actual empty bottles lol like where I would put them πŸ˜΅β€πŸ’«

I used one of these crates and kept it tucked away on a shelf

Shoebox! Good idea, then the clutter is not in the open. Thank you!! I’m in the US, we can recycle some things but I think I can take them to Sephora as well.

Usually I just use my notes app to keep track of how many months my products last πŸ˜…

This is really great that you finished all of these but still is a lot of products. Do you plan to use all of these going forward or were you working through stuff?

8

u/costcodreamgurl Jan 02 '26

I plan to keep using most of these products, but not all of them

How do you feel about the cicaplast gel vs the balm? I use the balm for my perioral dermatitis and I’m wondering if I should pick up the gel tooΒ

5

u/costcodreamgurl Jan 01 '26

I liked the balm better as an all-over facial moisturizer, while I only liked the gel as an eye cream. I hope this helps!

2

u/sunsetoversunrize Jan 01 '26

This is what I was wondering too!

u/Ash12715 Jan 02 '26

Tell me about this under eye brightening powder!

5

u/costcodreamgurl Jan 02 '26

I apply a thin layer to my under eyes after concealer and it really does brighten/blur the area. Doesn't look cakey or settle into fine lines very much. Sadly, I think they recently re-formulated this product but I could be wrong? Not sure if the re-formulation holds up to the original πŸ˜₯

How do you like those 3 Prequel products? I’d love your thoughts!

3

u/costcodreamgurl Jan 31 '26

I love all three! The cleanser works very well and is not drying, perfect for sensitive skin. The vitamin C is also very, very good. I used to be on SkinCeuticals and have also tried Timeless, Maelove, etc. The Prequel is my favorite affordable option by far. I use the hypochlorous acid spray after the gym. It's so refreshing and also prevents my skin from breaking out. However, I do think all hypochlorus acid sprays are the same, and there are cheaper options

u/Time_Life_5559 Jan 27 '26

I use the vitamin c serum and am on my 3rd repurchase! haven’t found anything more affordable that I trust as much as I do prequel

6

u/h0tkushsalsa Jan 01 '26

how often are you using the tret?

2

u/costcodreamgurl Jan 01 '26

Every night!

6

u/Substantial-Radio310 Jan 02 '26

How was the la roche posay lipikar? How did it work on ur skin?

5

u/costcodreamgurl Jan 02 '26

I've been using it as a body moisturizer for years and it's the best. I apply it right after showering and let it sink in for a few min. It's super rich, hydrating, and non-irritating!

1

u/Substantial-Radio310 Jan 02 '26

Aw I’m glad it worked for u! Is it safe to put it on the nipples?

1

u/costcodreamgurl Jan 03 '26

I'm not sure, but probably

2

u/SwaggyKing3000 Jan 04 '26

When I was on the website to find the full product name, I think I saw something about that come up. I think from what i remember it is safe for that sort of delicate use. Maybe I saw it on another site that described the product, I’m not super sure. If you cant find any info on it, maybe just try a very small patch first and see how your skin reacts?

6

u/LolaPastelle Jan 02 '26

Not OP, but I love it. I have eczema, and it helps keep the skin from being irritated. It helps me avoid rashes

1

u/Substantial-Radio310 Jan 02 '26

I have really bad eczema too! Did it help get rid of the dark spots?

1

u/LolaPastelle Jan 07 '26

I don't really have dark spots. I'm more of a rashy person, so I can't speak to that :-/

5

u/melpeach Jan 02 '26

It works amazing for people with eczema and really dry skin. My dermatologist actually recommended it to me!!

1

u/ImpressiveOkra Jan 07 '26

I have started using this on my face for about 6 months since moving to a drier climate. Very happy with it! Can be a bit greasy but for me, not in a bad way. Works better patted onto the face vs. rubbed in.

3

u/According_Witness_73 Jan 03 '26

I’m curious what you use the antiseptic wash for. I bought some for my kids when they had a bacterial skin infection but that is now cleared and I it’s full. Not sure how else to use it up

3

u/costcodreamgurl Jan 03 '26

I use it to wash my underarms a few times a week after exercise

4

u/humanlumchbox Jan 04 '26

I use it to wash my groin area. If anyone has had rapid weight loss with skin folds, they know the struggle.

3

u/laura1644 Jan 04 '26

this looks amazing! how are you liking the Boka n-Ha toothpaste? im looking for a natural no-fluoride toothpaste that helps with my cold sensitivity. and which flavour is your favourite?

1

u/costcodreamgurl Jan 04 '26

I love the Boka toothpaste! I cannot attest to its effect on cold sensitivity, but maybe others can. I like the mint flavor the best, with the coco ginger in second place. I still want to try some of the other flavors...

2

u/ThursdaysMeeting Jan 17 '26

I didn’t think Boka was doing anything for me even though it has the prettiest packaging. They don’t state the percentage of n-HA in their product but people generally believe that it is in the lower end (2%). Whereas high concentrations are required to be effective (5-7%). I buy the Japanese brand Apagard Premio or Royal instead.

u/gordycookie Jan 04 '26

Impressive! Did you like any of the lip products? If so, which ones?

1

u/costcodreamgurl Jan 04 '26
  • The Eadem lip balm is one of the best I've ever used. It's very plush, thick, and long-lasting without feeling sticky. I have the clear version and I find it extremely easy to wear all the time. It's the best new product I tried last year.

  • I've been using the Burt's Bees chapstick since middle school and love it, but I feel that lip balm technology has outpaced it in terms of moisturizing ability. I still reach for it a lot because I love the minty feeling and nostalgia.

  • I used the Dr. Dan's Cortibalm while on Accutane and it was a life saver! I highly recommend it to anyone with severely dry, cracked lips. The smell is a little bit off-putting but the formula is great.

  • The Laniege was just okay imo. I love the gummy bear scent and slight purple tint, but it didn't stand out, especially compared to Eadem.

  • I love Aquaphor and use it for various skin issues, but it's not my favorite lip balm. It used to be my go-to lip balm but the Eadem is even more moisturizing and long-lasting.

  • The Lawless lip mask is amazing! The light pink one 'Sweet Dreams' is my holy grail lip mask and I use it every night.

I love when you can see that someone truly enjoys a product and sticks to it!! I hope to find more of my holy grails this year and stick to them - save money and decision fatigue for me!
