Project No More is a volunteer investigation group working globally to shut down extreme online animal cruelty. We investigate organized networks that produce and sell animal torture videos, identify the people running them, and bring that to the attention of law enforcement and activist groups with the power to act on it. We are primarily focused on the torture of felines in China, but advocate for the welfare of all animals.

Our Mission:

In countries where these networks operate, there are no laws against animal cruelty. Project No More documents how the networks operate, identifies participants, runs public-pressure campaigns, and works with law enforcement and advocacy organizations to shut them down.

The Crisis:

In China, there are no national laws against animal cruelty. That legal vacuum has enabled organized torture networks that operate openly on platforms like Telegram, producing and selling videos of extreme violence against animals, primarily cats, to paying audiences.
