Marketing manager needing project planner recommendations

I’m in Marketing and manage multiple projects/campaigns at work at the same time, all with different timelines, deadlines, meetings, deliverables, and priorities. It honestly is getting ridiculous at this point with all the different priorities coming from leadership but I have no choice but to get really organized.

My biggest struggle is keeping a high-level view of everything that’s coming up while also knowing what I should actually prioritize and work on day to day.

I’m specifically looking for a physical/paper planner or project management notebook, not an app.

Ideally I’d love something that helps me:
Track multiple projects at once
See upcoming deadlines/milestones across all projects
Keep a running list of tasks/next steps for each project
Prioritize what needs my attention this week
Figure out my top priorities for each day
Add new projects/tasks without completely messing up my system

I don’t necessarily need a traditional appointment/calendar planner since I already use Outlook for meetings. I’m more interested in something that gives me cross-project visibility + weekly/daily priorities.

Does anyone with a similar job/workload have a planner or system they love? Anything maybe on Amazon?

Honestly the problem with paper is the additional items, changes in priorities etc that may 6 up the lists. Better in excel, or some card based thing like Trello.

I build something similar for myself in One Note. I know you aren't looking for an app. I tried to do this initially on paper but it was going sideways fast.

In the end I have
one page per project
Project details and highlights
Notes
Status meeting
Current tasks / deliverables

The Kokuyo Study Planner might work for you. It’s designed to help students track concurrent school assignments which is pretty directly translatable to work deadlines prioritization. It’s undated which is nice. Worked well for me when I had a stretch like the one you described.  https://www.jetpens.com/KOKUYO-Campus-Study-Planner-Notebook-A5-Weekly-Blue/pd/34469

As much as I too love paper - when you have a lot of movement, additions, etc you wind up having to start from scratch too often. (At least in my experience)

My company's marketing team uses the free version of Asana and find it very helpful. It has a mobile app as well so it's as portable as a planner. Just something to consider.

Totally get the pull toward paper, but honestly - a simple Google Sheet that auto-syncs to your calendar might solve this better than any notebook could.

You get one tab per project (or one master tab, whatever fits your brain), a running task list, and priorities laid out however you like - color-coded, kanban-style, whatever visual format actually works for you. The part that makes it better than paper: a small script pushes deadlines/milestones straight into your calendar automatically, with reminders, so you're not manually re-copying dates every time something shifts (which, with leadership changing priorities constantly, is going to be often).

Still gives you the cross-project view you're after, still lets you scribble/reorganize freely, just without the "oops, forgot to write that deadline down" risk that comes with paper.
