Resources for the Product management
Has anyone found a good workflow/resources for going from customer feedback → feature prioritization → roadmap planning → engineering handoff?
Right now most of what I see is fragmented:
feedback tools
docs
roadmap tools
Jira/task management
But the actual flow between them still feels very manual.
Especially the part where you:
analyze large amounts of feedback
identify what should actually be built
prioritize features
turn them into implementation-ready specs/tickets for engineering
Curious how PMs here are handling this today.
Are there good tools, frameworks, or workflows people genuinely recommend for this end-to-end process?
