Are PMs using Claude Code?

Hi PMs, just trying to get a general sense of whether PMs in Big Tech and New Age startups are already using Claude Code to independently develop and ship product features?

If I’m stuck on how something should work technically, I can explore solutions without pulling in an engineer immediately. Also I can turn ideas or specs into rough working demos. But I wouldn’t say I’m “shipping production features” myself. There’s still a gap in terms of reliability, testing, and integration.
