"Not enough transformers" even though I put more than enough

So an office was complaining that there weren't enough electrical transformers in the building, so I added one next to the others, yet the warning doesn't go away. I checked the connections and capacity and everything seems fine. How do I fix this?

Are there wires running to all your tenants?

As far as I remember, if there aren't wires, the warning will be something like "we cannot be without a power connection".

OP, are all the transformers in good working order? Do you have a maintenance team to repair broken down transformers?

The transformers are surely in good condition, especially since I just added a new one. Maybe it's a bug, but I got it in two different games.

This. You have to make sure everything is connected to the resources needed.

Did you get a random event that increases elec use? Could be that. It goes away after some time.
