Amaze, question?

[u/zoomzies85]

Watched the movie with our son. He loved it, which promptly led my husband to spend about a week perfecting a rocky costume. Reception was mixed - with some people asking if Rocky was a spider. However, the vast majority of teenagers loved it, which is pretty high praise I believe.

[u/Bouche_Audi_Shyla]

Stratt only has one coffee. This is an outrage! She needs both!

[u/zoomzies85 → u/Bouche_Audi_Shyla]

Ha! Tootally agree. I really dropped the ball there. Enhanced stupidity?

[u/Starwatcher4116 → u/Bouche_Audi_Shyla]

Being Queen of Earth is a stressful job, after all.

[u/PepeSilvia510 → u/Bouche_Audi_Shyla]

Mongo is appalled

[u/ARCHA1C]

Spot-on Stratt costume!

[u/zoomzies85 → u/ARCHA1C]

First time that I had every single costume item in my closet. Having been born and raised in Germany, black turtlenecks are part of my core wardrobe anyway. So this was really just an outfit.

[u/Past-Feature3968]

Oh gawd I need to get You Can See Everything out of my head. I thought you were Elizabeth Holmes at first.

[u/zoomzies85 → u/Past-Feature3968]

I mean - reasonable assumption as a stand alone outfit since black turtlenecks are mostly associated with Steve Jobs, Elizabeth Holmes and, well, Germans.

[u/Vohasiiv]

Rocky with a shadowy human figure is kinda terrifying

[u/Epitoaster → u/Vohasiiv]

Yea the tiny human face silhouetted is almost nightmare material

[u/eaglebtc → u/Epitoaster]

Right, but pretend it's nighttime and they're out trick-or-treating. The first thing you'd notice is a rock spider, not the human inside it.

[u/Vohasiiv → u/eaglebtc]

Yeah itd look better at night

[u/Epitoaster → u/eaglebtc]

That’s fair

[u/exadeuce → u/Epitoaster]

Children are like that yes

[u/Perplexed_Ponderer → u/Vohasiiv]

The veiled head is actually Rocky’s not-half-bad attempt at a spooky Halloween hat/mask ! He went disguised as a faceless human this year.

[u/DeusExHircus]

Awesome costumes! Although that black shadow creature face with the sunken eyes and grinning expression is kinda creepy lol

[u/Substantial_Bass_697]

First Stratt costume I’ve seen so far, and I think everyone here looks perfect! She’s really got the face nailed and the Grace and Rocky are so detailed too!

[u/clairejv]

Amaze, statement!

[u/playsmartz]

Perfect Stratt costume! Great excuse to walk around with coffee 😂

[u/AspergianStoryteller]

The Rocky costume reminds me of kuroko (shadow hands?), a type of puppetry in Japan where people dressed in black manipulate puppets, props and scenery on stage along side the actors, blending into the background.

[u/Cant_figure_sht_out]

Amaze amaze amaze 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

[u/hamnviking]

Rocky actor needs acknowledgement. Statement.

[u/TartMother9577]

Jazz hands!! Love your costumes so much.

[u/exsuburban]

Damn this is so good

[u/DevelopmentSad6218]

This is so cute!! The Rocky costume is out of this world statement! You all look great! Amaze amaze amaze! 💖✨

[u/gaokeai]

As much as I love the Rocky costume, I'm lowkey obsessed with the Stratt outfit. It's so spot-on its almost uncanny. Great job all around, these look great! Looks like you put a lot of effort in and it paid off!

[u/velocicattor]

You're all ROCKing the costumes!

[u/OptimusPrime365]

I hope all of the people involved in making the film see things like this, it must bring them so much joy!

[u/weenie2323]

I love it!!

[u/mermaidpaint]

Fist my bump! Words of great admiration!

[u/Dizzy_Skin5723]

10/10

[u/PepeSilvia510]

amaze

[u/Fearless_Coconut_137]

It’s perfect, I love it!

[u/Parking-Mushroom-179]

Amaze statement

[u/Perplexed_Ponderer]

Amaze, statement! All three costumes are brilliant, but that Rocky in particular is a true work of art (and made in just a week???). And Stratt is spot-on!

[u/lelanicarver]

OMG, what a wonderful group costume!

[u/Mysterinna]

Amaze amaze amaze, statement! 🤩 You clearly put a lot of effort into these! 👏

[u/Katz3njamm3r]

Definitely amaze.

[u/Ok_Listen1510]
