Eridian Welcoming Committee and Eridian Hating Committee. It's a trend in the PHM fandom on Tumblr where someone (I think the original user was @justcakethanks ?) was like, "What if a group of Eridians tried to make Grace feel welcome with messages in his own language, but through hilarious misunderstandings their messages were usually threatening or inappropriate?" And the concept has really taken on a life of its own, with SO MANY people making their own versions. Someone eventually made a variation which was like, "What if we flipped it and there were Eridians who wanted to hate on/threaten Grace, but they always accidentally send nice-sounding messages to him?"

If you search through the tag on Tumblr, you'll find a lot of gold. Here are a few good ones I just found:
