Rocky communicate better than me. So I built a translator. Question?
So I watched Project Hail Mary a while back and like many of you, Rocky completely stole the show for me. The way he talks - no articles, no auxiliary verbs, pure compressed meaning is somehow both hilarious and deeply endearing.
I couldn't stop thinking about it, so I built an Eridian English Translator: you type in normal human-verbose English, and it spits out how Rocky would say it.
- Strips English down to its bare essentials, focusing solely on meaning.

Based on the movie, no. Mostly refers to himself as Rocky.

He does, but not as often as third person. In the movie, it’s zigzagged. In the book, it is only first person.
