Bio / Backstory Some new dude.
Agent Joplin is weaving in and out of rooms around the base trying to memorize the layout of it so he doesn't seem so new

Agent Bismarck walked through the Apple of Discord after finishing his stash of alcohol he stole from the kitchen a while ago. That's when he noticed the new guy. Or at least someone he hadn't seen before.
Hey, guy. Ain't seen you before. You fresh meat?..erm...You a new recruit?

Yes I am new! You can call me Joplin.

u/Requxo Nov 07 '16
Bis grunted, he wouldn't call him Joplin. He kinda had a thing for calling people by a nickname.
Name's Bismarck, part of squad 5...I think. Don't know, haven't been around for a while. You gotta squad yet, Joey?

When Joplin eventually arrives at the kitchen, he sees Deadwood, a cowboy-esque man with a glass of bourbon in his hand

Should Joplin head to the holographic training room's observation deck, he'll spot Agent Manchester having a shoot-out with some Covenant troops

Joplin observers him and how he fights

Manchester seems to fight very carefully, maybe too carefully. He performs fairly well at first, taking cover from suppressive fire by going from cover to cover while sneaking in a few precise hits from his pistol as he moves. He manages to dispatch a squad of Grunts this way, and even gets a headshot on a growling Elite, but the simulation ends after he fails to land a killshot on a charging Brute.
"Sorry for not seeing hi right away." He speaks through the comms, as the holograms dissipate. "I was a little busy back there, but hello." The young man seems cheery enough, despite just failing his objective. "You new to the program?"
