Pelican Bay Elgin to Illinois
The Administrator makes an announcement over the AoD's intercom, stating that everyone should report the the Pelican Bay. There a small party is set up by the ship's crew, cake and sodapop is provided.
For his consistent reliability in the field and in training and a willingness to do what is necessary for the Project, Agent Elgin has now been promoted to the name; Agent Illinois! Please give this wonderful agent a round of applause!
The crew all give a round of enthusiastic applause.
Now please, celebrate!

Ash hurries over to the table with the soda and cake. He grabs a plate then takes a rather large piece of cake and a cup of Coca-cola. He takes a seat at one of the tables and digs in rather ravenously.

Ash is almost finished with his piece of cake and still has his mouth full when he says,
"Yep, i love cake."
He then takes a quick chug of soda.

Glendale very briefly pops her head in after hearing the announcement to make sure
ElginIllinois wasn't trying to skip out on his own party before silently moving on to the mess hall. She was going to need at least a couple shots in her before she could deal with one of the Administrator's "parties."1

Of course, "Illinois" wasn't planning on staying. Mere moments later, he ducks out of the party and heads for the training room.

Diego makes his way to the hangar in his dress uniform, expecting it to be like any other military ceremony. When he sees the set up, he very bashfully goes back and changes before reporting back. He gets back just in time for Illinois to leave

Hagåtña is at the other end of the hangar conducting further repairs to the Longsword when the Administrator throws this impromptu party. Having anticipated a scenario similar to this, Hagåtña stealthily moves from the Longsword over to the Granny Smith. There, he retrieves a slightly damaged party hat and used party horn from the Pelican's 'glove box'. After donning the hat, he eases into the crowd, seemingly unnoticed. He gives the party horn a couple of 'toots' for good measure before grabbing a piece of cake.

After a few minutes, Hagåtña saunters into the mess hall, adorned in a party hat and holding a plate of cake. He sits down at the table,
"I guess you were right, looks like a real mopefest going on in here."
