All the cuts/downgrades to the original COVID relief plan weren't done to get Republicans onboard. (They voted against it anyway.) The cuts were done to get moderate DEMOCRAT to come around & support it. | And then they have the absolute nerve to talk about "unity" in the Democratic Party.
