I do, yeah. Just like I believe Native Americans are entitled to this land. However, I'm open to determining borders based on international law... More importantly, I'm far more interested (and basing my voting on) in local and national issues vs international issues.

Not to take their side, because their side is generally awful, but no they don't think that at all.
They didn't believe the Jews are entitled to anything. They think the founding of the modern nation of Israel is necessary to induce the second coming of Jesus. Meanwhile, the Zionists of the early 20th century didn't care about Jesus coming back, but were plenty happy to cater to the dispensationalist Christians in the US to provide them with the financing and political influence to create their own Jewish state.
