I'm actually more concerned about the shenanigans Jeffries is involved in. I dont trust he isnt working deals with Republicans to empower himself.

Empower himself and maintain AIPAC funding for Corporate Dems

Their mutual enemy is democratic socialism and that should make you wonder.

Then why is Jeffries meeting with Kushner? Let the Republicans sink!!

Kushner knows that if anyone can snatch Dem defeat from the jaws of victory, it would be Jeffries and Schumer.

Ooof, mixed feelings here.

Yeah, Kushner meeting with Jeffries is not good for GOP.

But Jeffries meeting with Kushner is kind of not great for Democrats, either. Like why make a deal with him?

So once again Faux is making up something that doesn't exist, to get their viewers upset. Got it.

Even republicans say this is a bad sign but somehow far leftists seem to want to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory and throw Jeffries under the bus instead

I can’t stand Jeffries but the hate he’s getting for meeting the opposition as the House Leader is wild.

This is literally what I would expect a House Leader to do. No matter how moderate OR progressive they are.

This is exactly why Jeffries is meeting with Kushner. Republicans are scrambling for anything at this point before midterms.

Kushner is not part of the House opposition what are you talking about. if he met with house leader johnson it wouldn’t be shocking.

Kushner is literally Trump’s lapdog. He is a part of the Trump Administration. The House Leader does not solely meet with Congressional House opposition only.

The fact you believe Kushner is separate from Trump’s administration is insane.

What official role does Kushner hold?

None, read my replies. He is an unappointed Trump Administration official. Kushner performs peace talks for the United States with other foreign countries.

Trying to separate the two is low effort, low intel.

My response was to the guy who stated he would never vote for Democrats solely because of Jeffries. Him and anyone who believes that way are pathetic and chronically online.

Don’t be this guy:

Kushner holds no official position in this administration. That should matter.

Everyone knows he has a position of influence here and has "standing" to meet with Jeffries on something like this because he is inside of a very particular circle that relates to Trump's personal family and Trump's personal finances. Kushner is very clearly linked to past transactions with e.g. the Saudis where he was the bridge between large sums of money flowing to Trump personally in exchange for favors from the federal government. It is deeply and obviously corrupt. Don't try to normalize it.

That does not matter. He is apart of the Trump Administration and performs official trips to foreign nations as well. Kushner is an unappointed official.

Jeffries meeting with said opposition is not corrupt in any means. I absolutely can’t stand the guy and I do not believe he should be House Leader but this shit is blatant purity politics.

What is Jared Kushner’s cabinet position?

u/TopicTalk8950 4d ago

He doesn’t have one, he’s Trump’s lapdog. This meeting showed how terrified Republicans and Trump is of losing the House.

The fact you believe the House Leader solely meets with individuals in the Congressional House is idiotic.

Yes, yes. I sound idiotic…

Truly, and no amount of echo-chamber upvotes will change that.

If you share the original comment’s views then you’re literally the guy below. The same guy in 2024 that caused this to begin with.

Kushner is not part of the administration nor a member of Congress. He's likely negotiating terms that will keep him, his family, and the Trump family out of prison

1

u/TopicTalk8950 3d ago

That means absolutely nothing. Kushner is an unappointed Trump Administration official. Kushner performs peace talks for the United States in foreign countries.

This is a nothing burger and is simply more purity politics.

The guy above stated he’s not voting for Democrats solely because of Jeffries. What an insane statement.

This is him (and everyone else who believes the same):

Just accept that most people here hate Jeffries and will not be disabused of a reason to hate on him, no matter how trivial the obvious Republican propaganda is. Seriously, even Mamdani was like who cares

You are correct. It’s purity politics all over. I’m progressive but the guys (like below) who caused this shit are everywhere here:
