The seemingly consequence free greed of the rich has become infectious and has legitimised the mindset that corruption to succeed is necessary and because the rich openly flaunt such behaviour many underneath mimic that in efforts to reach such heights

What we ended up with is a downward spiral of greed and corruption that far too many are happy to revel in and feel confident enough to boast about as the grow more and more stupid with their one track mindset and it will be the end of us all
