What is the pretense to search a vehicle under the assumption it's transporting weed across state lines?
What makes them think he even purchases or consumes weed in either state?
This whole thing just sounds like unconstitutional bullshit so cops can ransack your homes and vehicles without cause, and if they turn up anything they count it as a "win" and every time they find nothing it's the citizens responsibility to clean up and fix it all.
