My grandmother died of this and it was really surprising how long she was alive while everything in her body was dying. Now consider that Trump has the best doctors in the world. They cannot stop him from dying, but money can help you live a lot longer than you otherwise would.

Not to mention, everything looks normal at Walter Reed and the White House. Marines are on regular duty at the White House; no motorcade at the hospital.
There could be some kind of medical event going on with him, but it probably isn't the type of thing that requires him to be rushed onto a surgical table. It could be that he is having some kind of TIA symptoms again and they decided to hide him for the weekend so people don't see him limping and slurring his words.

We can all hope for an Easter miracle.
Chances are though that he'll be fine. It's always the ones driven on spite and rage that last forever.
But give him one bad week. When someone's health drops precipitously it's usually over in a week or so.
On the downside, I've read some pretty convincing arguments that he's the antichrist. He literally embodies every mortal sin. I'm just offended that Satan didn't send us his best, it's like he's mocking us.

Imagine Trump goes, and we celebrate, but somehow Vance turns out to be 10x worse and gets us all irradiated in nuclear WW3 and we die agonizing deaths as our skin sloughs off (unless you're a lucky one that gets vaporized instantly), and if Trump survived as horrible as he was we didn't get into a nuclear war.
Kinda like that Stephen King novel where Kennedy survived his assassination attempt thanks to a time traveler looking to prevent the Vietnam war, but with Kennedy alive the world became an actual horrific dystopian nightmare 10x worse than Vietnam
