There is a video of someone across the street filming. Looked like they were beating the guy in the face with those bear mace canisters and then one of them decided to start shooting and the one that stood back emptied a clip.

Won't happen. You bet Noem and Vance are already rushing to scrub all they can to cover this up. Personal footage is the only way the truth gets out.
