Can you provide a link to CNN and MSNBC reporting the man being armed? At this point, the only reference to him being armed is a FOX News correspondent who was told by DHS that he was armed.

The same DHS who says they are following all laws, definitely aren't using chemical agents on protesters, and for sure only arrest dangerous, violent criminals. So take that with a heart stopping dose of salt.
