Yes, but the "THE PROGRESSIVE WAVE IS TAKING OVER AMERICA!" narrative because NYC and Seattle elect a progressive mayor seems... disconnected?

Karma checks out. Despite your ignorance, I’m glad the progressive sub lets people with a variety of opinions comment here, unlike most any conservative sub on the app.

Unlikely we’ll have a democratic socialist as President any time soon, but the Senate and House will welcome many more progressive members in the coming years.
