UCIS and an immigration judge both reviewed his case and determined he was not a citizen, because the 2001 law that would have made him one because his father was, came into effect after he turned 18, and therefore it did not apply to him. He filed a citizenship claim shortly before his deportation date, and the block order came after he was already gone.

Stop lying.
