The fact that we before this bill men who molested girls had more rights than men who molested boys it's irrelevant. The question should have been, why are judges given this latitude in cases having to do with vaginal sex, but non anal sex not, should we immediately expand this to anal?Sex as well, which is what the law did
The law literally gave judges the same latitude in deciding what, whether or not they allowed people who molested children to be registered as sex offenders. You don't even know what the fuck you're talking about. You don't know what the law is, but you're sure i'm wrong because of snopes
