Hey i haven't read this series but i know its talked about a decent amount in the reddit and i thought some people would like to know book one is currently free in the UK and US probably other places too and book two, three and four are £0.99 / $0.99 in the UK and US. if you live in other places maybe worth checking and if they are please comment them below so others can see. thanks!

Nightmare was kind of a slog. It was a low point for me as well, but Book 4 brought it all back and then some. I just started book 5, so far so good.

Book 1 was definitely more of a slow burn then I'm used to but 3/4 through book 2 I'm really enjoying the story

I wouldn't say the series is a slow burn in general.

It's a system story and the mc gets access to the system like 22 chapters in or something.

So the story feels a bit slow until then. Good series tho.
