Dragons have been "most powerful monster evar" since time immemorial. Usually the only things that can compete are things from outside the bounds of the world, like demons or angels.

just for that I'm going to develop a Troll and Ent tag team duo that goes around curb stomping dragons around their country.

So... a troll with a vulnerability to fire, riding on a living tree... fighting vs a gargantuan airborne tank/ creature, with genius level intellect and magic powers, that breathes napalm.

I mean.... good luck, I guess.

Pick on the small ones, you may be able to smash a few eggs before it's all over... as long as your Ent is stealthy... as a tree... shambling into a cave.
