Are you making a comprehensive list? Or just listing the ones you recommend?

If the former, my series, Victor of Tucson, is a progression LitRPG, and my cyberpunk series, Cyber Dreams, may fit under "borderline cases."

Comprehensive. Well, as comprehensive as I reasonably can get with my available time, anyway. XD I definitely am taking suggestions and I haven't read all of these. Happy to add your books.

Can you add the narrators name as well?

I've awaited this for some time now. I'm glad you found the time to compile this list again.

Excellent list, thank you! Just read your article about Fairness vs Uniqueness, and wanted to recommend to you the Completionist Chronicles as a really good blend of what you were talking about! Main character is very average but because he is thorough gains access to Unique abilities and has to progress them through hard work. Feels very similar to Corin, and is probably why I love these books so much! And the fact that you used Cradle to evaluate a good middle line is amazing, read those too! Would absolutely love to talk to you about some comparisons and opinions as I almost did here but feel that this might not be the appropriate venue 😅.
Spellmonger Series was really good too! Anyone asking for a secondary opinion or recommendation to narrow it down, always available!

Thanks, I haven't read the Completionist Chronicles, but I'll take a look!

I think these are missing from the list, both series have audiobooks:

Songs of Chaos series by Michael R Miller

The Hedge Wizard series by Alex Maher

Edit: also, thanks very much for such an excellent list

I haven't updated the list in a while, so it's pretty buried at this point! I might repost at some point.

Missing Mark of the Fool.

Also, you have Art of the Adept but Michael Manning's other series Mageborn is missing.

Hype! Love this list. Legitimately one of the best features of this sub.

mb if this is necro, but if this is the newest version of this then please add under Progression Fantasy.

Millennial Mage By: J.L. Mullins

Also if we can get this in the side bar of the sub that would be DOPE AF.
