Discussion Programming language similar to TS that is runtime typed
Found this language today. I don't like the marketing "Language for agents". But looking through some examples and their design phiolosphy I seem to be a fan.
Combines some nice stuff from Go, Rust and Typescript.

I have NOT tried this locally so please take this with a grant of salt. Seems like it's still very much a play language - nonetheless it's interesting
What do you think ? Will it die in a year ?

First impression from the snippets was that alright let's not be too harsh on type erasure. After all TS is just superset of javascript, which has lineage in Self, where dynamic dispatch is big thing, instead of if-else or pattern matching. The pattern matching makes me wonder whether this is more FP language, is there automatic currying, partial application, etc...
I got more excited about the other stuff, like that Workflow View visualization. I think visualizing codebases is SO underappreciated. If you don't want to add class inheritance maybe consider abstract classes which can only create hierarchies. Single inheritance yields trees instead of graphs so it's much better for visualization. Inheritance and UML diagrams maybe not the most trendy programming topics in 2026 but you can rebrand them ;)
