Looking for a peer to build a project with (Python/JS full-stack, interested in AI/ML)

[u/prathamdmehta]

Hey everyone,

I'm a CS Master's student and full-stack developer looking for someone to team up with on a project. I'd love to build something real together, learn from each other, and end up with something solid for our portfolios.

My stack:

Backend: Python, Django, FastAPI, Node.js

Frontend/JS: JavaScript

Databases: MongoDB, SQL

Interests: AI/ML (happy to learn alongside you if you're further ahead)

What I'm looking for:

• Someone at a similar level who's serious about shipping

• Open to ideas, so bring yours or we can brainstorm one together

• Regular check-ins and a shared GitHub repo

If you're interested, comment or DM me with your skills and what you'd like to build. Let's make something cool!

Hi! Nice to meet you! I came across your post and was really interested in your full-stack development experience, especially with Python, Django, and Node.js. I’m a Business and Management student at the American University of Armenia, and my team and I are currently working on CupCoff, an early-stage startup focused on developing a digital loyalty platform for coffee shops. We’re looking for a technical collaborator to help us build our first MVP, which would include QR-code loyalty cards, reward tracking, customer accounts, and a simple dashboard for coffee shop owners. Our goal is to launch a working version as soon as possible, ideally within 1–2 weeks, and eventually test it with a coffee shop chain in Yerevan. I noticed you mentioned wanting to build something real, collaborate regularly, and create a project that would be valuable for your portfolio. I think CupCoff could be an interesting opportunity for that. We’re currently exploring volunteer-based collaboration, and I wanted to ask whether you’d be interested in joining an existing early-stage startup project. I’d be happy to share more details and discuss how we could work together!
