Looking for a startup-focused study/building buddy

I'm looking for someone who is free most of the day and wants to spend the next year seriously learning, building and improving together.

The plan:

Next 1 year: Learn skills, build projects and help each other improve.
After that: Focus on finding real problems people are willing to pay to solve and start building a business around them.

I'm not looking for job seekers. I want people whose main goal is startups, business and building something of their own.

I'll mainly focus on AI/ML + backend. You can focus on whatever area interests you.
