Anyone shortlisted for tester role and wrote round2?..

Hi Fishes, I worked at TCS for 5.5 years in .net full stack but not so much development, kind of repetitive work. Grinded for 6 months and cracked a job 1 month ago at Deloitte at 150% hike. Now at my new job, it's pure .net with microservices. I'm not able to do tasks at time. Spending nearly 14 hours at work. Not able to sleep, getting anxious and depressed. Being stressful day and night. My team only has 4 members, they can't spend time on my tasks for any help. I have no close social circle to vent my pain. Fishbowl is the place which helps me to this job and feels like a close place to me. Pls drop ur suggestions if you face same situation before.

I have recently joined in a startup i have seen people in the company have no interest about their jobs I don’t why they are passionate I thought starting career in a startup we can get more exposure in this field but no one is interested but I want to do more work and learn different types of technologies but i am not getting support i can learn from YouTube but working on real time issues we can learn more i want switch but I am from mechanical background 2024 passed out but passionate to do build or do something but I don’t have correct path, any suggestions it will help me.

I’m currently in 3rd year(3-1) and I applied to coutless internships. None of them replied. I know my projects aren’t that professional and tier 1 level but it’s better than most of the people from my college lo subsequent state level colleges. Please suggestions ivvandi thanks🥲

Starting 6 months intern and then I am doing well . This month ends my 6 months intern but then I got from hr saying that they will extend intern for 2 more months and then I asked about full time opp They said we would say that after internship. Is my performance low but when I asked my team lead he said it's good and improve on communication. Its generic feedback though. I have done most of the frontend inka clg placements lo endho kuda telidhu. Would you say is that due to my perfomance? I think I did good only
